Phan Tasco, P.A. - C

Phan is our lead injector for our Downtown office. She is well trained in Botox and dermal filler injections, including Juvederm, Perlane and Radiesse. She graduated in 2001 from University of Colorado Health Science Center Physician Assistant program in Denver and has seven years experience in family practice. Phan is a natural at facial enhancement, and truly has a passion for and a gift with fillers. She trained extensively with Dr. Polo during the transition from New Look Clinic to Glow Aesthetic Medicine. Patients are pleased with her gentle technique, and her goal to provide natural enhancement rather than an artificial appearance.

Hi my name is Phan Tasco and I am the lead aesthetic injector at the downtown office of Glow Aesthetic Medicine. My passion is facial rejuvenation with needles! I inject Botox and various dermal fillers in faces to make people feel more beautiful. Needles are my tools! My background is family medicine which gave me an opportunity to perform various in-office procedures while helping patients with a more holistic approach. I perform about 30 procedures a week, and I love my job! I love balancing art and medicine to help people feel better about themselves.  I hope you enjoy my journal.

What’s a liquid face lift?  It’s a nonsurgical facial enhancement that can take 5 to 10 years off your face.  This can usally be accomplished in an hour.

Products I use:  Botox, Juvederm, Perlane, Restylane, Radiesse.

Some common procedures I do: 

  • correction of the 11’s (frown lines)
  • wrinkles on the forehead
  • wrinkles around the eyes (crow’s feet)
  • frown lines at the mouth (marrionette lines)
  • correction of their “parentheses,” also known as nasolabial folds
  • central face atrophy, noticed as volume loss under the eyes
  • nonsurgical rhinoplasty, or nose correction
  • chin enhancement

Some Interesting patients:

I had a lady with unilateral facial nerve damage from a car accident. One side of her face has a slight droop, and we injected Botox on the other side to improve symmetry. Now she is not as self conscious about having her photos taken.

A young lady hated her receeding chin. It took us 10 minutes to add volume to her chin with filler.

A young man wanted to correct the depressed scar between his brows. We were able to achieve almost full correction with Botox and filler.

I had a client who was very uncomfortable with her crooked nose. We corrected this with filler in about 10 minutes.
